Growing up as the oldest of 7 moving throughout the rural east coast, I've been performing and training professionally since childhood. Highlights include: The Kennedy Center, The Second City, Shakespeare and Company, The Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and first ever NFT feature film He Who Lives in Hidden Lakes. Select training includes BFA in acting with honors from CalArts as well as study with The Second City, Nataki GarrettDeborah Aquila, Norbert Leo Butz, and James Franco . In addition to my BFA, I hold a self designed minor in film also from CalArts.

I’m most often cast as scrappy young women finding their place in the world, wide eyed ingenues and lovers, and quirky character types (think teenage vampire!). I fit the edgy comedic teen world of Sex Education, the fantasy action of House of the Dragon and the grit and realism of The Bear.

Reflecting my early immersion in the influential artistic communities of the north east,  my career emphasizes authenticity, innovation and DIY values. This has not only led me to a wide range of unique acting experience but also extensive work as a writer, theater and filmmaker and producer. Select projects include: Feature Screenplay Love in the City (selected for Full Spectrum Features inaugural Independent Producers Lab), Creative platform Look at This (podcast, events, production co.), solo show The Mermaid on Stage (premiering to sold out shows in 2023), award winning theater collective Book Club, and numerous nationally screening short films.

In all my work, I seek to ignite and engage my audiences - to make them feel alive. An alive audience realizes their agency to actualize their lives and create a better world.
